Whales beached just days before the Christchurch Quake - Scene on Japan's Beaches before Quake

Two weeks after the devastating Christchurch quake, on the same day
that a huge quake struck China, Japan suffered a MASSIVE 8.9 quake off
its coastline - the devastation is enormous and whole cities have seen
incalculable damage. Shortly afterwards a Tsunami struck the battered
land. Huge fires in Tokyo are burning out of control and massive cargo
ships have been washed inland to settle on city streets (even as this is
being typed a huge explosion has engulfed an oil refinery near Tokyo).
Tsunami alerts have been issued for countries across the globe including
Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Guam, Mexico,
Chile, Peru and even Russia. This may prove to be one of the biggest
Earthquakes in recorded history.

What on Earth is going on? Planet Flipside will be bringing you
